Active Sessions
General Information
In the Sessions section, you can find detailed information about all active user sessions, and take action throughout the sessions or for a specific session.
AThe active sessions table contains the following information;

Started | Login opened date |
Updated | The time of the last activity during the session open |
Expiration | When the session will be terminated by the system if the session duration is not extended or if the user is inactive |
Browser | Browser signed in |
Expired | Has the session been terminated? |
Locked | Is the session restricted? |
Permanent | Is the session permanent? |
Actions that can be taken throughout the sessions are located at the top right of the screen. Actions that can be taken throughout the session are Close All Sessions and Lock All Sessions.
Close All Sessions
It is the action that can be taken in case all the listed sessions are wanted to be closed. In case the action is performed, the following form is displayed.
In the form that opens, it is requested to fill in the information of whether the user who wants to log out is wanted to be included among the sessions to be closed, and the reason for logging out of all sessions.
Lock All Sessions
It is the action that can be taken if all the listed sessions are to be restricted. In case the action is performed, the following form is displayed.
In the form that opens, it is requested to fill in the information about which applications will be restricted, the reason for the restriction, and the date on which the session will be restricted, starting from the date of what action is taken.
Session-specific actions that can be taken are located to the left of the relevant session record in the sessions table. Session specific actions that can be taken are Show Session Details, Close Session and Lock Session.
Show Application Details
It is the action that can be taken if more information is needed in the context of the examined session. If the action takes place, the following information is displayed.
In addition to the information shown in the sessions table, information such as the user's ip address, the device used to log in, and the operating system of the device can be obtained.
Close Session
It is the action that can be taken in case the specified session is desired to be closed. If the action is taken, the following warning is displayed.
After accepting the warning, the specified session will be closed.
Lock Session
It is the action that can be taken in case it is desired to restrict the specified session. In case the action is performed, the following form is displayed.
In the form that opens, it is requested to fill in the information about the reason for the restriction and what action will be taken, and until which date the session will be restricted.
