When the "Description Required" option is checked, the "description" field must be filled each time while assigning the created role definition to an object.

3 options are given in the State field:

Enabled

Disabled

Removed

The Login Policy Type determines how the user logs in when using this role.

This property is used to provide security when the object has more than one role. For example, when the "Re-Login is Required" option is selected, a user with both user and admin roles in the system will need to log in again when they need to confirm as admin. If "System Default" is selected, the default processes in the main system will be followed for that process.
