A Tenant Management page on the main tenant lists all tenants and manages their hosts and users. It is available only to super administrators on the default tenant when tenant management is enabled. |

The tenant is now bound to the signed-in session instead of a request header, and several application servers can run side by side with per-server tenant scope for serving and jobs. Cookie protection keys are stored in the database and seeding is locked across servers. |
