Workflow Definition for an Access Package

This document contains information about creating a Workflow Definition to use with an Access Package.

What is Workflow

Workflow is a feature that allows the process to go through more detailed approval stages by defining more than one step and allows us to take action for them.

📘 Instructions

Steps to create Workflow for Access Package.

1. Give a Name and Description.

2. Switch to the Flow tab.

3. First, add a new Step to the Flow.

4. Choose the who review and what action this Step will trigger.

5. Don’t forget to make Enable and click to Save.

You can add as many Steps as you want between the Start and End steps and indicate the flow with connecting lines.

When you enable the 'Approve by Manager' option, the Rule becomes invalid and is approved by the Manager of the user requesting the Access Package.
