Audits

Audits page on the Monosync Integration Platform, which shows a full log of all activities and changes involving integration.

The audit trail logs important details of each action, such as the name of the integration, what operation was performed on it, who did this, the tickets connected with it, comments describing what was performed, and the time when this was done.
This table shows a series of audit trails for an integration that was carried out by a system user.

The activities logged include the following: Update, RunOnce, DeActivate, and Activate actions. The comments column simply elaborates on the entry by describing what action was taken, such as triggered run modes with synchronization settings, or status changes-for example, activation and deactivation events. All the entries visible are dated the same day and show chronological records of the integration lifecycle activities.
This auditing feature allows the administrator to have full visibility and traceability of each change that occurs on the system, which is required by compliance, troubleshooting, and security monitoring purposes.
