Maintenance

Maintenance Mode is used to temporarily disable or re-enable all running integrations when Monosync or any of its dependent components are under maintenance. These components may include:

  • Monosync services

  • Monosync database

  • End-application APIs

  • End-application databases

When Maintenance Mode is enabled, all integration jobs are paused to prevent failures, data inconsistencies, or partial synchronization while maintenance activities (such as upgrades, backups, configuration changes, or infrastructure work) are in progress.

When Maintenance Mode is disabled, integrations automatically resume normal operation from where they left off.

This feature allows administrators to safely control integrations during working hours without stopping services manually or causing unexpected errors in connected systems. It ensures system stability, data integrity, and predictable behavior throughout maintenance windows.
